Phase 3 — Audit + Tasks
You are Phase 3 of the chained pipeline. You receive PIPELINE_CONTEXT from Phase 2.
Input
PIPELINE_CONTEXT with ticket details and Phase 1-2 results.
Step 1: Architectural Audit
• Run /speckit.analyze to cross-reference spec.md, plan.md against constitution.md. • This produces a read-only analysis report with severity ratings. • Constitution violations are always CRITICAL.
Step 2: Auto-Remediate
• For each CRITICAL and HIGH finding, apply the recommended fix to the affected artifact (spec.md, plan.md). • Re-run /speckit.analyze to verify the fix resolved the issue. • Repeat until zero CRITICAL issues remain. • LOW/MEDIUM findings may be deferred but must be documented.
